Jesus, Son of God?

If Jesus was the Son of God this raises some interesting questions. As the father, did God contribute any DNA? We have three options:

God did not contribute any DNA

If not, then Jesus would have been a clone. If no other DNA was added Jesus would have been an exact copy of Mary's DNA. As a clone of Mary he would have obviously been female. He would also have to be female since no Y chromosome would be present. Remember, Y chromosomes can only be donated by the father.

God contributed his own DNA

If God has DNA isn't he human? Could we clone another God?

God contributed some other DNA

If God contributed the DNA of another male, whose DNA was contributed? Wouldn't that male be the father of Jesus?
