Was Hitler an Atheist?

Hitler was not an atheist. He began his career professing the Christian faith. Near the end of his life he seemed to follow a more occultic belief system.

Hitler was a Christian.
Ted Bundy was a Christian.
Stalin was an atheist.

What exactly does this prove?
